I installed Palringo on my Windows Mobile phone last week and have been very happy with it. Not only does it support mutiple IM services (AIM, Yahoo!, MSN, Gadu-Gadu, ICQ and Jabber aka Google Talk) but it allows multiple logins to the same service.
I've seen his mentioned in a couple of places, most recently at Lifehacker.com. Anyway, DriveImage XML is a free drive backup/restore tool that can do your backups while you work.
